I’ve been called the “Queen of the Cool Jobs” – I “followed my bliss” and got paid to have amazing experiences with fascinating people.  

Between work adventures as varied as climbing Mt. Fuji and enjoying a Russian sauna, and fun pastimes like ocean sailing and dinghy racing, life is never dull.

Today, I am the CEO of a boutique consulting firm, Oyster Insight. I am the chief strategist, with experience in executive coaching, leadership development, sales, and marketing. A published writer, frequent speaker, and competitive sailor, I also have subject matter expertise in international counterterrorism and neurodiversity (just to keep things interesting!).

I have been tested – sometimes by my own invitation, and more often by surprise.

Through it all, I have grown. How I experience and view life has been transformed. Regret is a useless emotion and it’s much better to learn from our experiences and move forward with that new insight. I share these insights with those who want to come along!
